By using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and you agree to comply with them. This is important as it creates a contract between us and you which you must comply with.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please don’t use this website.
Our prices
All our prices can be assumed to be correct at the time of order.
All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.
All prices are shown in INR and include V.A.T. where appropriate.
If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you choose not to do so, your money will be refunded to your credit/debit card in full. The repayment of such money paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.
Our “90 day” exchange scheme
As you will probably be buying “sight unseen” we provide a unique and exceptional Exchange Scheme on certain products – see below – which lasts for three calendar months (approximately “90 days”) from the date of invoice – one exchange only. If you decide after using a product that you’d rather have something else, we’ll exchange it for you. We charge in full for the replacement item, including the appropriate carriage charge and a charge for any packaging needed for the return of the original. We pick up the return carriage cost. When the original arrives back here we refund its cost in full as long as it is in ‘as new’ condition, fair wear and tear excepted. However, we never refund more than the cost of the replacement, so it makes sense to exchange an item for one of approximately equal cost.
We will always strive to do what is fair and reasonable to make sure that you won’t be stuck with anything you’re not happy with.
Ordering Goods
We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you, using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
All orders placed on our website are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks. No contract will exist until payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you.
Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is India. SAMEYA INFRANET PRIVATE LIMITED will retain details of your order in our database and these details can be made available on request.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by their card issuer. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any delay in delivery, or non-delivery, resulting from any refusal by a card issuer to authorize a payment.
Delivery
We provide free delivery anywhere in India or Worldwide and be as flexible as we can be with the delivery arrangements.
For deliveries within India, the delivery will take from 1 to 5 working days after you place the order. For International orders, delivery will be done within 10 to 20 working days after the order is placed.
We try to be as flexible as possible with delivery arrangements. Delivery can be made to an alternative address. We will plan the dispatch so that the goods should arrive on the day agreed with you at the time of ordering.
Items can usually be left without signature, so you don’t have to hang around waiting for the carrier to arrive. There are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. No retailer or courier company can ever “guarantee” the exact day delivery. All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems as can happen to everyone else, including snow blocked roads, closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address, or to gain access to it if, for example, it’s in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any delay caused by the failure of our contracted couriers to fulfil their obligations, although we will always do all that is reasonable to provide the goods by the time required. Please also note that the percentage of delayed deliveries is very low, and the percentage of items lost in transit is all but non-existent.
Right to cancel/Returns
If you decide to cancel your order, and do not wish to use the Exchange Scheme – in other words you just change your mind, you must let us know within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, and we will require the goods to be received at our premises within 14 days of this cancellation instruction. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. All other orders: You should return the goods to us at your cost. If we have made a mistake, e.g. we have sent the wrong components and there is no time to correct the error, then we will collect the goods and refund you in full on the same debit or credit card used for the initial payment.
All refunds are done within 7 days after receiving goods in unused condition and in their original packaging.
The address of returning the goods will be provided separately after submitting the return request.
We accept returns for any items within 14 days after purchase providing the item is in the same, unused condition. You are welcome to cancel your transaction at any time but please be aware if the item has been shipped, you will need to cover the return postage fee. You will be asked to cover the return postage fee if you are returning for change of mind / no longer required. We only cover / refund the return postage fees if:
- We have supplied you with an item which does not match our description
- You have received an item which does not match your chosen colors
- The item does not in any way fit your vehicle (applies to shape only, evidence will need to be supplied such as photos and vehicle details)
Color may not be exact due to brightness / contrast of your monitor settings.
Please be aware that it is your duty to check vehicle years / details prior to ordering. We are here to help, so if you are unsure, email us at suppot@fashbies.com with your vehicle registration so we can confirm fitting for you.
Faulty goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, please phone or e-mail us at suppot@fashbies.com and we will attend to the problem without delay. Problems with products that have been sold by us and are under guarantee should be referred to us in the first instance. We can supply proof of purchase if required for guarantee claims.
Color reproduction
The reproduction of colors and detail in the pictures on our web site is as accurate as our technology allows.

We do not sell products to children, but to adults, who can purchase with a credit or debit card. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. SAMEYA INFRANET PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
You can always terminate your account with us. To terminate your account, please email us at suppot@fashbies.com. Please provide your name, home address, your phone number, email address and other order details if required. You are also free to click a termination button in your account settings.

Severance
If any part of the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Terms and Conditions and shall not effect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
